Introduction
This machine is used to recycle circuit board and dismantle electric component and mother board.
The internal temperature can be heated up to 130-150℃by gas heating. The tin on circuit board will be melted, and the electronic components will be dropped from the circuit board with the running of the main engine. Three steps of exhaust gas processing system: The circuit board with electronic components will produce smoke and smell in the dismantling process.
We collect the smoke and smell into the spray tower through the induced draft fan and dust hood to separate the smoke and smell, and then filter the odor with Plasma filter box and activated carbon adsorption box, so as to solve the problem of smoke and smell in the dismantling process. The final mother board and electric components can be recycled to get copper and other metal. This machine has the advantages of automation, high processing efficiency, low cost, small occupying area, simple operation, and no dust pollution etc.
Process flow of circuit board dismantling
1) Circuit board dismantling machine: it uses liquefied gas heating to control the internal temperature at about 150 ℃, so as to loosen the tin on the circuit board. With the rotation of the disassembler, the circuit board rubs against the circuit board, the circuit board rubs against the cylinder wall, and the electronic components fall off with the operation of the host machine.
2) Flue gas dust removal cover: a cover for collecting smoke and odor is added on the dismantling machine to facilitate the collection of smoke and odor, and to facilitate the later stage to reach the environmental protection standard.
3) Water spray tower: spray water to purify smoke and odor from induced draft fan.
4) Plasma filter box and activated carbon adsorption box: after water spray purification, the flue gas can be purification again, so as to achieve the environmental protection index.
5) Blower: collect and discharge the filtered gas.
